3d Butterfly texture sampling

I helped conduct multiple trials of 3D butterfly textures in multiple sizes to create ombré effect seen in final garment. I used a mixture of materials, such as tulle, organza, and feathers. I learned to be careful with placement to ensure a more organic feeling and couture touch.

fabric manipulation

I helped with trying various ways to create a large flowing butterfly out of fabric, focusing on shape and tacking points to keep the illusion.
